- Refunds
- Exchanges
This policy protects product integrity and safety.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
- Order number
We will review and determine eligibility for replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CorevionRx is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
Chargebacks & Fraud
Any fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in:
- Permanent account ban
- Reporting to payment processors
- Legal remedies if necessary
